As far as the CEO speak for conference calls, yea it would be nice but the CEO has more important things on his plate. DO you get to listen to the president everytime a proposal doesn't go through or a play by play on BPs oil spill and if the government is going to step in and take control? No... That's what spokesmen/women are for. I'm a marine and sure I would like to hear my CO tell me what's going on all the time, but that's not the reality of the world. A business has a chain of command and a structure just like the military, just like the school system, just like a baseball team. That's how things are divied out so that no one entity inside that structure becomes overburdened and eventually falls apart.
I probably make less than everyone on this message board, but I'm still staying in it to win it becuse this company is just getting back on it's feet and with a running start in my opinion.
