MLRB CONCERN WITH CGFIA MILL

I have not been able to reference specifics of the following but certainly appear to apply to the Mill as well as the 500 page report submitted by CGFIA.

"Cease and Desist Order of September 14, 2005, or the Board Order/Joint Stipulation of December 10, 2009." Referenced in the minutes of the MLRB Agenda for May 13, 2010

If anyone can clarify these matters, please do so.

I depend on jenna36 and burkhard among others for facts otherwise most posts are just background static!
