I saw the CNN Report It was
Billy Nungesser who is the Pres. of Plaquemines Parish. He did mention that it was oil-separation equipment and that it was new. He was specifically speaking of the marshes that had been desimated and you are correct, he was to be there for the beginning run at 5:30 AM Sunday. This has got to be ESPH and this is our shot GLTA
