This is one of the biggest scams going! I'm sure the ceo (Rick Bailey) is walking around with a bull's eye on his forehead these days along with his buttmunch sidekick Florian Ternes.
Every 3 or 4 months there's a RS. That's why they claim to pay off their debt with shares of stock, which turns out to be worthless after a RS and they do it over and over again. Watch your shares go from 1 million to 1 thousand in the blink of an eye. Oh...........and don't forget to keep track of the trading symbol of the month(which ever one it is this time).
Most of the news is just BS to keep everyone hoping for an upswing someday that will never come. Don't get all pumped up and excited when you read something that looks positive. It's just a big worm on a hook looking for you to bite! These thieves just sit back and collect all your money and the Nevada corp.laws basically allow it. If you dig deep, you will find that the top few people in this company have been investigated several times before for this type of BS. They just keep funneling the money to offshore bank accounts where it's safe from the courts. I can't convey to you strongly enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STOCK!
