The Dilution will be part of Bvig not Katx...

A pr will be needed to clear up details of either issuing Shares to Shareholders or Keeping those Shares as an asset of Katx

Now that this 8k is out
Katx should be able to clear up the details
as they no longer are under rules and regs about uplistings
(Barring any NDAs)
Bvig details should now be open
and would expect a Pr as early as Monday
