Yes; Nasdaq is what I've been thinking too, for the Solterra 'spin-off'. There's some evidence that this is the plan.....a Delaware address on their QTMM Arizona SOS registry & Solterra is already registered in Delaware as well. Next step is probably some contracts so they can afford to complete the listing process....they've given some hints in the past that this is the big picture.
