The questions that I have are,

Did neom have any other avenues for financing besides YA?
If neom did have other options, why did'nt they go that route?
Was neom mgmt that blind when jumping into bed with these guys?
Was this the only option for neom to survive?
Was the move to YA strictly job survival and a paycheck for neom
mgmt without any regard to shareholders?


All I would like at this time is some info, guidance, communication with what in the world is going on.
