VCTY news this past week was nothing to write home about

but it wasn't all that bad either. Pretty neutral, yet the drop in pps appeared to be MMM generated and some of them are covering their short positions before they can let this run higher.

The merger has not occured yet and may take another few weeks... so don't hold your breath.

news also hinted that a merger may come before the estimated time line target which they say is 4-10 weeks.

so... we are just moving along with this.
