Yesterday afternoon I spoke with Les Price about where we were with this fiasco we call Medinah. I had heard all the stories from Kirk and a few others about where we are but I decided to call him myself. To at least get the words straight from the horses mouth, to say you are going to get the truth....well that just ain't the case.

He read to me from an email that he was writing to another shareholder. He confirmed that they had 3 contracts on the table and were evaluating all of them for which would be the best one for Medinah. He said that after they picked the one they wanted and signed the deal and a check hit the bank they would be finished.

As always I asked the one question that I have asked since I started in this....WHEN?

Les told me that in his opinion Medinah should have something posted on their web site by no later than one week (next Friday). He was sincere and not hesitant at all in his proclamation. I thanked him and then hung up.

I called someone with whom I had been speaking just prior to calling Les and when I repeated my conversation he asked if it was going to be an update since Les made no mention of a PR, news release, etc. I told him I didn't think so as why post an update? So just to be absolutely sure I called Les back immediately and asked him if this post on the website would be an update already knowing in the back of my head that Juan had told me straight out over 2 weeks ago their would be no more updates. Les' question to me was why would Medinah post an update. He said it would only be in their interest to post only the "facts of the deal". And that he felt this would happen by next Friday.

As in all things I sometimes forget that when I call Les we are generally speaking 2 different forms of English so I called the preeminent scholar in the world in deciphering Les speak....Handshake.

After sharing the conversation and the steps I went thru to get clarification Shakes' opinion was that Les had laid his testicles out on the chopping block for me to cut off if this thing isn't announced within the time frame Les gave me.

Remember this is just Les' opinion. Ain't nothing sacred about it. And after 4 years I wouldn't personally hang my hat on it. Do your own DD and do not invest based on this or any other opinion except your own.
