Personally, if I was a ceo I would try to keep the price down as long as possible so when I had extra capital I would buy back shares as cheap as possible. From this standpoint it is really not in Basus' best interest to drive up the price of this stock. This strategy does nothing but annoy long term investors, but it drives short term investors out early and keep the price low. I see this as win win for long term investors. The less shares out there the more valuable they are. THis is my conspiracy theory on why they are dragging ass on CE removal. What is your take?
