Thanks buddy. BTW, I do plan on updating the "Summary of KATX DD" in the stickies, but I think we'll be getting a PR with more concrete details very soon. So I was going to wait for that before updating it. Of course, if no PR in the next couple days I'll go ahead and update what we know so far. Who knows, if they're working on moving other properties over too or working on the details of any BVIG shares to be issued or other filings/announcements, etc., it might be a couple days till we have a solid PR (I mean, while they're getting those things in order). In that case, maybe I'll update the Summary before the PR.

P.S. I know I need to correct a few things (i.e. maps) and I'll get on that too.

And BTW for those sending me PMs, please don't be offended if I don't respond back, but I can't PM...maybe soon though. Gotta free up some cash. Right now, I have it all in KATX ;)
