I have an opinion on the subject but first a question for everyone..
Why did the A/S get raised? It wasn't for the game deal IMHO because the way I see that math is as follows:
A/S Count prior to deal 1.5B
O/S Count prior to deal 1.3B
Which leaves 200M shares by my math.
If the movie company is getting 10% or less shares for the 5M investment then it would mean that they are getting 150M or 200M to go with baseball's number) for the deal.
If we still have 200M shares left then why did we raise the A/S count for this deal? Granted it would have put them very close to the A/S count to do this but with the RR series coming soon and the fact that they made a small profit last year that should not have been a problem in my mind.
Someone on here once said "think pennies and you get pennies, think dollars and you get dollars"..I still believe that it applies to both sides..
Just my thoughts, feel free to delete if i am off topic..
