It's pretty obvious they're spending their time drilling for cash right now.

Scott and company have never failed to deliver so far; therefore, I have to believe they will be successful in near future and that a JV announcement is forthcoming.

The current sentiment on the board reminds me of the time I purchased shares at .007. With far fewer reasons to buy and board sentiment in the tank, I viewed it as a buying opportunity which I believe exists again right now. I'm adding to my position.
