That was my first thought about the fluidizer agent as well.

It'll open on the Greys, but there's a good chance the SEC will eventually file civil litigation against both the company and officers and then file for an administrative hearing to revoke the registration.

That can months though and in the meantime it continues to trade Grey Market.
