I've done my DD and so I am holding strong here,

China hydroelectric co is huge, VCTY projected market cap should be anywhere in between $10-20 Million!

With the recent share structure given this should take us above pennies in no time.

My account is stretched at the moment otherwise I would be adding up more to the pile now that VCTY is a bargain!
