TVA also assists ALCOA's Tapoco/APGI in regulating several facilities, including Calderwood, Cheoah, Tapoco, Chilhowee and Santeetlah dams.

Count them 1,2,3,4,5 dams owned by Alcoa.

Why would Alcoa want to own dams? They make Aluminum which requires Huge amounts of electricity and water.

Connecting the dots I see a company laying the groundwork to move this stock to much higher ground. HSCC is about to announce something with some real meat on it. Why else would they buy back shares?
