Off season events include JVs, land sales, other company events, surface work such as soil sampling and trench work. There a quite a number of things they work on and do over the winter. And if the snow is not too bad, which last year it wasn't for most of the season in Newfoundland, they can even test drill. Snow doesn't impact test drilling at all as far as the drill it self goes, but the big problem with it is gaining access to the properties with the equipment, which most are only accessable through old logging roads, which are good in normal weather, but tough to get equipment on when they are covered in snow.
