If the assay report does actually materialize at some point and is good - or at least spun as being good to people like myself that wouldnt know what a good assay report was if it had a friggin gold star in the corner of it - and a few boards/twitter lists pick it up, yes, 0.005 is absolutely doable. Sustainable on the other hand? That remains to be seen. If the company follows the assay news with a stream every 2-3 day of other good news for a couple weeks, than yes.
