ok well what if the SEC suspended for incorrect information? SO let us say that ACLH does come up with docs that shows that BP asked them or ANCOn for field tests. Field tests are happening now and have been ongoing. EPA site has proof that anything suggested gets a test before being considered for their list of cleaners.

So this is just a "what if" if the SEC is satisfied with what they have been given by ACLH. would it not then be right for ACLH to go back to the pinks. If the SEC is satisfied with the proof of BP relationship and fluidizer patent. and anything else they had doubts about in the pressers?

It sounded like the SEC was questioning the fluidizer. - the patent has been posted on the board.

The SEC was questioning the BP relationship. Ancon has verified BP relationship via phone calls.

I guess my point is that if the doubts are resolves is it grey no matter what??

Seems like a bad system if you are guilty even if you proof things.
