From a phone conversation both Sork and I had yesterday afternoon with an original investor it does appear the last PR was an attempt to drive the share price down. (Any modification to something under warranty would likely void the warranty.) While those who run Xynergy might not know this, it's highly unlikely they did not.
This investor has way more information than anyone I've read posting here and even has direct knowledge of those who have been and are now, in one form or another, associated with Xynergy. Based on information I was given yesterday I now feel sure the company does have the wood deal already in place, and, they are further along with their technology than they are letting on.
It has also come to my attention there may be a power behind the throne, so to speak, who is steering the company and the throne, with possible alternative plans.
*** It is also my understand now that there are several original investors out there who possible read this and other message boards -- but are laying silent. I would really like to compile a list of original investors who, like the investor I spoke with yesterday, feels the company has been less than forth coming. I know a message board is not the normal place to do this but right now it's a starting point.
Hopefully very soon I will be in a position to start looking for legal counsel in the Miami, FL area to retain for investors. Also, whether or not you are willing to contribute to retaining legal counsel, I would appreciate anyone who holds stock in this company and is unhappy about the direction Ley, those before Ley, and any puppet master behind the scheme has been running the company, please shoot me an email so this information can be compiled.
