PW or anyone

When will the share holders know whether we are wiped out or not. I am new to having shares in a BK company. Will we know when there restructing business plan comes out or will it be when and if the company comes out of BK. Also I assume those that bought restricted shares sometime over the last 12 months cannot do anything with those shares until they come off restriction. I am not one of them but a bad situation for those that did.
