Could someone clarify why he would get in trouble selling shares after the PPS went up and if that is a legit scenario? I understand selling right after a PR, but if you knew that big news was coming why sell now?
Would the SEC really crack down on him for selling shortly after some major news hit? I hope you are correct EE! I just am not familiar with all the rules and regulations of an insider buying or selling shares... Its just kind of an odd time to be doing it IMO! Thanks.
