Zevotek, Inc. (ZVTK)

I don't know if Zevotek has seen it, but it stands to reason that if they did in fact hold a patent that their financials would reflect any fees from companies like IMTEK and others. They would all be on the hook to Zevotek for some amount, correct? Is there any hard evidence that Zevotek controls the patent on this technology at all?
