That's not the scenario I see....

I just want the FDA to provide "progress reports" :)
What would be wrong with them showing a time line of where an application is in the process? like "accepted", "being reviewed", "returned for more information" etc.?

The system we have now allows the FDA to say "we can't tell you anything" but "we could not have not responded to NEHPROS in over a year... they must not be telling you everything"

Shift the blame, knowing that NOTHING can be CONFIRMED, because they are accountable to no one, and they can just continue to say "we can't tell you anything"...
