another thing is the way i undersatnd it the company that is buying ffgo still has to put out a ten k yet according to my understanding which could be wrong the company that is buying out ffgo will release a ten k and the announcement of the sale ffgo will occur pretty much simutaneously Is goldcorp late on their ten k? when is it due? if this line of reasoning is correct then maybe goldcorp will release its ten k and ffgo will announce sale simutaneously
