Agreed. Thank you for clarifying. I have no clue how they increased A/S without a full vote. I know if they hold 2/3rd's they can count the other 1/3 as "not-present" and still succeed in the vote, but I thought it had to be publicly announced. I frankly don't know what the exactly rule is.

I'm over 500K now, thankfully only down a little over $2k. Not adding another share till I see some more convincing data.

I don't like Hipple anymore than the next guy, but I do have blind faith in Henry Jan. If that's the loss of my investment, so be it. There are real companies here, but I hate all of the shells. We'll have to see how it plays out. GL
