I caught today's news here and amidst all the financial and housing woes, this is to me actually quite a bright spot. they are still able to build homes, in this case complete a phase, but it also appears that they are building affordable housing versus these silly McMansions, as they call them. People can afford 170G on a home versus 7-8-9 hundered g's. This makes way more sense to me at least. IMO!@!!
