Well. They came clean on the dilution. At
least we know we were not seeing things. I figured everyone has been buying Jan a new car:) Just kidding I'm sure it was for a good reason.... O/S went from 29,991,303 up to 138,191,303 and they raised the A/S up from 100 million to 150 million, so we could see some more before it's all said and done, before the merger goes through. I hope the divies are not a ploy to get people to buy more shares, so they can sell more:(
I will still sit on the side lines and eat my popcorn and watch the show....
