I like it. I hope a lot more things like this and the insurance for the industry bring legitimacy in folds before the vote. I was shocked to hear people that should vote for it plotting against it. The whole logic was that since it'd likely be banned in some locality like L.A., they would rather wait for something all encompassing, rather than switching cities. I say B.S., a vote in favor anywhere is a vote in favor everywhere, but that didn't stop the idiocy i read from festering in the back of my mind...

...fingers crossed it gets passed.
