I am having a hard time finding something wrong with this one. I don't see how it can be trading this low. A 16% yeild is pretty high which would lead me to believe that something is wrong with this picture, but I can't find it.

They have grown net income from $7.8M in the Sept 30, 2001 quarter to $15.5M in the June 30, 2002 quarter.

They pay a $2.00 per year dividend and paid the most recent installment of (.50) on Spet 19, 2002. With the last trade at 12.17, the yeild is over 16%.
