Did anyone else receive a phone call on Monday from a Carla Hintz of the Wells Group? She stated that they were agents for
CDED. At the end of our conversation I realized the big reason for her ca,, She wanted to push another penny type stock. We discussed the length of time for the merger to go through and the problem is mostly that Kelly was a private company. I gave my opinion that Ron Kelly was doing the merger ONLY to get an already listed NASDAQ company without the legal and accounting expenses. She ASSURED me the merger would go through with the only possibility being the SEC or legal, but even if that happened they would get around it because Ron Kellt wanted and needs CDED She knew of a Data Fuzion dividend but no particulars.
I felt better after the call that the merger WILL take place.
