A ten percent (10%) good faith deposit from Noutech S.a.r.l has been requested within 5 business days of the announcement to shareholders. The company plans to keep the shareholders updated of developments.
Taking for granted we've known this for a day, we will have 5 day's from now for the deposit to arrive. And I think we will get an update on that.
But offcourse your right on some level. Nobody will make a 10% deposit if there's not a 99% change of buying the whole company.
Sometimes I think this could be for real........
