I am watching this one purely for educational purposes. I've been trading these for less than a year and have only been a part of one buyout which did not go through (EWRC). I saw the aftermath of THRR and am watching this one unfold.

If this one does not go through, my belief in cash buyouts of subpenny stocks will be confirmed that they do NOT happen. If it does happen, than congrats and I will have to do more DD when the next one comes around.
