A successful R/S is very, very rare for a pink sheet stock.



That is true for pink sheet stocks that remain pink sheet stocks after the split.

The purpose of the alledged R/S for QASP would be to uplist to AMEX or NASDAQ. Those types of splits are usually successful because of the validity of the company looking to make the move.
