A question in my mind deals with how soon the price for a share of stock will decline below a penny.

Imagine this...

At 2 pennies for a share, a decline of 50 percent amounts to a penny for a share.

At a penny for a share, a decline of 50 percent amounts to one half of a penny.

At one half of a penny, a decline of 50 percent amounts to one fourth of a penny.

In the strange and murky realm of pink sheet companies, it is not unusual to read a disclaimer by a promoter who was compensated to promote a stock with a current price of 0.0001 of a penny.
