I agree, something is not right here. The share structure for MS and MD does not make sense. Isn't there something criminal about them dumping 'if they have' over the last several months with the issue's the company has had.

I really expected to see documents last night on DIP financing, as that is what was stated by Bryan yesterday. I even bought more shares after the call based on that info. I am sure others did as well. Certainly appears as if Bryan is not living up to his commitments, not a good way to start. IMO I am getting the impression we are being lured in to keep what we have and buy more in hopes of having some kind of a position when and if we come out of BK. Hope I am wrong.

Does anyone remember when the court date in Reno is with the BK judge. Wasn't it the middle of June?
