You can get to it by going to Hot! > [Dropdown] > Post Stream

It's not quite ready for primetime so it's intentionally hard to find. Mr Meat has a new version coming out soon.

You, especially, will like it once it's done. All the messages from your favorites boards and people will show up on the screen automatically, by the second, instead of you having to refresh and such....
