yeah it didnt look like a dilution to me ($40-50K altogether?). regsho shows no excessive shorting on tue/wed.
news for both uwrl & vcty were very disappointing. that could be a simple explanation of the double drop.
in uwrl case they forgot to put "in other news...chinese merger is being negotiated" into pr.
naturally some folks thought that was it, the canadian one completes the mega merger.
vcty update was about some chinese university, i think. which surely explains the sell off.
hopefully we wont merge with some chinese high school.
