I'm just baffeled that a counter offer of 0.004 still needs to be considered or debated. I am baffeled that anyone would make an offer so high.

Everyone on here would think they won the lottery if it went through. So where is the debate? Why do they never work? There has to be something that we don't see behind the scenes.
