Challenge:

If I post a stock certificate issued after DF is supposed to have said there will not be any others issued would you constitute that as a lie on my part or DF
Would that satisfy anything other than prove that what I have been saying that the company has made and continue making false statements misleading the public ...in other words if I post the certificate would that satisfy your curiosity or would that just be turned around and blasted as you like to do.

Just a yes or no is all I'm asking and we can satisfy everyone curiosity and set the record straight about stocks delusions etc.
