UPDATED INFORMATION FROM ACLH..!!!
Just spoke again today with Ares at ACLH Investor Relations. The following points were discussed:
Ares' understanding is that all documentation intended to answer the SEC's questions/concerns were submitted yesterday, Tuesday, June 01. This documentation included:
1. Current SEC filings and company financials;
2. Confirmation of ownership of patents;
3. Exclusive use/rights to oil fluidizer;
4. Professional business ties to Ancon Marine, BP;
5. Historical documentation of past 15 year of business with
various petroleum companies and contracts
Ares made it very clear that ACLH has top industry professionals, i.e., attorneys and advisors, that are making certain to provide the SEC with all required documentation necessary to permit ACLH to commence actively trading once again on June 09. When asked about submitting Form 211 to permit trading immediately on the pink sheets, Ares stated that although he has not been informed of all the detailed procedures being undertaken by ACLH's counsel/advisors, Ares is certain that everything that must be enacted to permit trading on the pink sheets on June 09 will be securely in place.
When asked about the next PR release, Ares stated that he believes we may see a PR by this Friday, but he's absolutely certain that a PR will be released by early next week. Ares stated that the decision of when exactly the PR would be released is simply not his to make.
Finally, Ares confirmed that he is feeling very confident and positive for next week's return to trading. Further, Ares mentioned that there couldn't be any better PR for ACLH than to begin trading on the pink sheets once again next week; with all SEC filings, company financials, and questions/concerns having been fully answered to the SEC's satisfaction.
For the second day in a row I am once again feeling cautiously optimistic that we will open strong and show ACLH to be that rare, righteous, unrelenting fighter of a security to bounce back hard and long..!!!
