The buyout has never occurred. It may never. People hang their hats on a prospectus that was put togther over 3-4 years ago that looked my 94 year old grandma typed it. Who is to say that's the owners intent or even close to hus guidance today? I doubt it.

All I want to know is do we have a CEO or do we not? Is he going to start helping his shareholders and his company out by doing some basic form of promotion and branding of his stock symbol and company profile to the invetment community.

That's it. Don't care sheat about user counts or allege buyouts that are not true, all is true is what it shows in my trading accounts. And let me tell you something I don't have to remind any of you what that looks like.
