They are a non reporting company at this point so no official SEC forms yet. They do post reports that resemble 10Q and 10ks but they are unaudited etc. I think we will be hearing more shortly but as I said I dont have a problem with waiting a little bit if they are getting other things done like Forbes Riley and tony Little to get the revenue flowing. To me that is more important than waiting for the other stuff which i think will be out in due time. So hope we all get rewarded for our patience and understanding.
