I think the buyer(s) both know and don't care why the os has gone up. We know that it has always been related to either growing the company or keeping it alive. It has NEVER been Dean lining his pockets. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that Dean has been tapping other sources of funds as well. Perhaps some of the os increases were collateral on other smaller loans that he hasn't chosen to tell us about. He appears to have gotten money from somewhere to support both his operations as well as the sp.
