It does not state that the cancelations are insider shares! It just states the total insider holdings is less than 10%! It doesn't state there has been a change in the insider holdings! It just states that after the cancelation there will be less than 10% holdings so shareholders will not think that he's aquiring a majority by canceling the shares! Please don't try to confuse people on purpose, no one takes away your right to post but keep it real will you!
