SKBI, yes of course it's only a potential dilution like a S1 always is but why would they file it if they don't need it in the mid term at least? The point is look how often they did dilute in the last 18 months. Look how the market reacted to TSTC's S1 months ago. Well whatever, we will see soon enough. Maybe they need it for a really big aquisition? That would be the only good solution to this.
