I just spoke with her...she is going to inquire with Samuel, COO, again. She asked me to call back tomorrow. Leslie is just a representative for the company and cannot add much detail. I believe they released their 10Q and 10K sometime in the last week of May last year, so this obviously is not their first time with delayed filings. But I would encourage shareholders to continue to apply pressure. Maybe they will get the hint that they need a competent IR department and PR firm. Otherwise shareholders and prospective buyers are simply left wondering.

Either way, the company appears undervalued and china microcaps appear to be bottoming out since their recent highs in the 4th quarter of '09.
