A TA accounts for the shares every day. IT IS THEIR JOB.

If what the proponents of the ridiculous NSS position say is true, what is the point of ever calling the TA and getting the share structure?

The divvy didnt happen because they realized it wasn't going to allow them to raise any cash. Shares in a private company are not worth much without a buyout. They have no liquidity.

Expo needs to be able to sell shares at a discount and have them be able to be dumped on the market almost immediately to lure in people. And by people we do mean TWO PEOPLE.

Wonder who the TWO PEOPLE are or who they are directly connected to?
