Sam has failed to attract BIG investors, until that happens this is going nowhere with little guys. He needs big investors who are willing to pay money, but they want cheap shares even below 0.005 , why would big investor pay this a market value when they can work a secret deal with Sam at 0.0003-0.0001 price. If he needs money he will use the common shareholders who always get taken for ride like previous notes holder got shares at 0.005 when the stock was at 0.08-0.1, go figure

This stock is going nowhere for years, come what may !
the CEO is helpless and can't restructure the notes and there are way too many shares at 0.005 from notes holders who dump on any signs of uptick above 0.005, anytime bid goes above 0.005 they sell
