Mr. Keevil is President of Poncho Wilcox Engineering, a British Columbia based company formed in 2009 which specializes in management and technical support for new technology ventures in the energy sector. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Keevil was Vice President of Engineering with Triton Logging Inc., an underwater harvesting company and from 1998 to 2003 was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pyramid Automation Ltd.

Mr. Keevil is a resident of Victoria, B.C., Canada and is 46.
